Lower your high beams, Mr. Gray.
We completely enjoyed the excellent band by Private Lives, although we wish there were some back-up singers to help accompany Mr. LaMOntagne's unique vocals. We like the opening act, Tift Merrit, although the long wait for Mr. LaMontagne's was unnecessary given there was no need to move equipment. It was perhaps the worst light show I've ever seen, and I've been attending concerts since 1975! We left after three songs by David Gray because the high intensity lights that attacked the audience throughout each song comprised the stage set. Driving the freeway at night is bad enough, I don't need high-beams in my eyes for entertainment. Just incredibly dumb.
